Returns & Refund Policy

At Boston Industries we strive for customer satisfaction and will do our best to either repair or replace the instrument you purchased should there be an issue. 

Our standard warranty lasts for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of instrument delivery.  If you wish to return the product for a refund within this period, please ensure that the following conditions are met. 

Refund Eligibility Criteria:
The instrument that arrived is either defective or incorect and Boston Industries was unable to repair or replace it.
The instrument shall be returned in original packaging. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the customer does not properly pack the returned instrument and it suffers damage in return transit. If you need help packing it just let us know and we will provide you with instructions to do it correctly.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.

Return Address: Returns can be shipped to: 10 Industrial Road, Walpole, MA, 02081.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping.

Packaging: Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. 

Restocking Fee: Should a customer reject the provided solution to repair or replace the instrument, or if they simply change their mind about the purchase, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. However, if Boston Industries is unable to repair or replace the instrument you've purchased, no restocking fee will be imposed.
