Continuous light source for fluorometric and photometric measurements:
1. Tungsten-halogen lamp, 75W, lifetime > 300h, Spectral range 320-1000nm
2. Rotatable filter wheel A, provided with 8 filter positions (D15mm). Standard high quality interference filters 405nm, 450nm, 490nm, 355nm (not for fluorescence polarization), 485nm. Changeable rotatable filter wheel B, provided with 4 filter positions (D25.4mm).
Optional flash light source for TR-fluorometric measurements:

We see the Perkin Elmer VICTOR X5 2030 Multilabel HTS Microplate Reader powered up and connected to it's accompanying computer with specs on software and a general walk around of the unit and it's accessories.

Video #2
We see Perkin Elmer VICTOR X5 2030 Multilabel HTS Microplate Reader using the multi stack loader option to transfer a rainbow test plate from the load stack (right) into the X5 to run a preset absorbance protocol (450nm @.1s).
Once this test is completed, the rainbow test plate is transfered to the unload stack (right).
You will then see the new plate being loaded to the Perkin Elmer VICTOR X5 2030 Multilabel HTS Microplate Reader for testing.
