This Nikon TS100-F Inverted Microscope is in good working order with all aspects tested and working fully.
Microscope optics have been cleaned professionally by our technician under a class 10,000 clean room hood.

Testing we performed:
The Nikon TS100-F Inverted Microscope passed all tests and was found to be fully functional:
Tested Manual Light Intensity function
Tested Eyepieces for clarity
Tested Objectives for clarity
Tested Halogen light and source fully
Tested Port Splitter to split between Camera and Eyepieces
Tested Condenser and Prisms
Tested Connection from Camera to Laptop
Tested Live Feed for Clarity
Tested all power switches, buttons, and adjustments

During testing this microscope was found to have no issues.
A clear image was produced through the eyepieces.
All of the mechanical components moved freely and the test sample was able to be focused without excessive effort.

This Nikon TS100-F Inverted Microscope is currently set up for Brightfield with Phase Contrast studies.
The MU300 AmScope CMOS digital colored Camera is capable of taking detailed digital images.
The Nikon system includes a Dell Latitude i5 Laptop to control the AmScope software for live images.

Video Description:
This video begins with a full front view of the Nikon TS100-F Inverted Microscope powered up and running.
The camera pans from right to left for better detailed viewing. Next, the camera focuses on the laptop showing AmScope software information.
A demo is given of the focus control and stage XY control via the live feed. Lastly, a view is given of the condenser and its Phase Contrast slides.
A final front view of this Nikon TS100-F Inverted Microscope will end the video.
