Condition:
This Nikon Ti-S/L100 Inverted Motorized Microscope is in good working order with all aspects tested and working fully.
Microscope optics have been cleaned professionally by our technician under a class 10,000 clean room hood.

This Nikon Ti-S/L100 Inverted Motorized Microscope with the BIOFLUX 1000 Sample Preparation system.
Everything is functional but unfortunately we do not have the USB dongle for the BIOFLUX software.

Microscope and all of it components have been thoroughly tested, see more info under the "Testing we performed"

Testing we performed:
The Nikon Ti-S/L100 Inverted Motorized Microscope passed all tests and was found to be fully functional:
Tested all motorized components including; XY Stage, Z-Axis Focus Fluorescence Filter wheels (2), and the motorized Shutter.
Tested Mercury Lamp source and Control of Internal Filter wheel
Tested Halogen Bulb and Source
Tested the Port splitter to switch between both ports (Left, Head)
Tested Connection from the Computer to the microscope and Camera
Tested Live Feed from CCD Camera
Tested Motorized XY stage control and Z-Axis Control with Joystick
Tested live feed from camera to computer
Tested Filters and Prisms
Tested control of all motorized parts with Included Laptop

During testing this microscope was found to have no issues.
A clear image was produced through the eyepieces as well as through the camera port.
All of the mechanical components moved freely and the test sample was able to be focused without excessive effort.

The Nikon Ti-S/L100 Inverted Motorized Microscope includes a Dell Latitude i5 Laptop to control the MicroManager software.
The motorized XY Stage, Motorized Z-axis, Both Excitation and Emission Filter Wheels and Halogen Shutter are controller with the Laptop and MicroManager software.

The BIOFLUX 1000 Cellular Analysis system is brought into focus and a visual tour of all parts is included.
The camera pans around the Nikon Ti-S/L100 Inverted Motorized Microscope bringing into focus all parts included.
The control boxes and laptop are shown connected to the software to control the Nikon Ti-S/L100 system fully.
The fluorescence lamp is shown being controlled with the laptop computer.
The halogen lamp shutter is opens with the laptop control showing illumination.
The stage and the Z-axis is then controlled with the computer software.
