This Nikon Ti-E PFS Fluorescence Motorized DIC Polarization Phase Contrast Microscope is in good working order with all aspects tested and working fully.
Microscope optics have been cleaned professionally under a class 10,000 clean room hood.

This Nikon Ti-E PFS Fluorescence Motorized DIC Polarization Phase Contrast Microscope is currently set up for Brightfield with Fluorescence, Phase Contrast, DIC and Polarization studies.
Thermo Scientific X1 CCD Monochrome Camera is capable of taking detailed images.
With 10x, 20x, 40x objectives along side 10x eyepieces and in internal magnification of 1x- 1.5x the total magnification of this scope is 600x

Thermo Scientific X1 Camera
This camera is an upgraded version of the CoolSNAP MYO camera with higher resolution 2208 x 2208 pixels versus 1940 x 1460 pixels on CoolSnap Myo.
That was designed for Thermo to upgrade their High Content Screening System VTI at cost of around $30K

According to the Thermo datasheet it has better resolution and sensitivity comparing to Hamamatsu ORCA-R2 Camera.
It also has twice the field of view vs Hamamatsu ORCA-R2 camera so you can capture more cells with less images.
This uses regular PVCam driver so it will work with many imaging applications.

This video begins with a full front view of the Nikon Ti-E PFS Fluorescence Motorized DIC Polarization Phase Contrast Microscope system powered up and running.
Next, we see the MicroManager software and X1 camera live feed. We see virtual control of the focal adjustment, XY stage, condenser turret, and fluorescence turret.
Then we see the joystick control of the stage as well as the touch pad control of some of the motorized aspects.
