This Nikon TE2000-U Inverted Microscope is in good working order with all aspects tested and working fully.
Microscope and optics have been professionally cleaned under a class 10,000 clean room hood.

The Nikon TE2000-U Inverted Microscope passed all tests and was found to be fully functional:

During testing this Nikon TE2000-U Inverted Microscope was found to have no issues.
A clear image was produced through the eyepieces as well as through the camera port.
All of the mechanical components moved freely and the test sample was able to be focused without excessive effort.

This Nikon TE2000-U Inverted Microscope is currently set up for Brightfield transmitted with Phase Contrast and Fluorescence reflective studies.
This Nikon TE2000-U Inverted Microscope is set up for Biological studies of Standard slides, Petri Dishes, and 96-well plates. This unit can be adapted to accommodate other cell study techniques.
The MU1003 10MP AmScope CMOS digital color camera is capable of taking detailed digital images and taking simple measurements.
The Nikon TE2000-U Inverted Microscope system includes a Dell Latitude i5 Laptop to control the AmScope software for live images.

Video Description:
The video starts ff with a full view of the entire Nikon TE2000-U Inverted Microscope. The camera pans around all included components showing what is included.
The halogen lamp is turned off and the fluorescence shutters are opened. The filter cubes are rotated into the light path and fluorescence illumination is shown.
The live feed is shown of the sample being illuminated. The fluorescence shutters are closed and the halogen lamps is turned back on.
The phase contrast ring is rotated into the transmitted halogen light path to show phase contrast studies on the live feed.
There is one final view of the entire Nikon TE2000-U Inverted Microscope .
