The nCounter system (P/N NCT-SYST-LS) consists of Digital Analyzer 5s (P/N NCT-DIGA-LS) with (2) Prep Stations (P/N NCT-PREP-LS)

Digital Analyzer 5s (P/N NCT-DIGA-LS) was made in 2017.

This new setup sells for around $270K

Current model.

Condition:
This NanoString nCounter MAX Analyzer system has good cosmetic condition and was removed from an environment where it was in use prior to the shutdown. Company that owned it went out of business.
Manufacturer suggests that you do a PM prior to placing it in service. You may also add maintenance agreement that will provide you with a one year warranty same as on the new machine, you will have fully functional warranted instrument for less than 25% vs cost of buying it new.

The nCounter Digital Analyzer is a multi-channel epifluorescence scanner specifically configured for use with NanoString’s nCounter Cartridges (not included).
Up to 6 cartridges can be loaded on the Digital Analyzer for sequential processing.

The nCounter Prep Station is an automated liquid-handling robot that utilizes magnetic bead-based purification to remove unbound CodeSet, non-target cellular transcripts and other cell debris after sample hybridization.
In addition to hybridization purification of target/probe complexes, the Prep Station also automates immobilization of the sample onto an imaging surface for subsequent data collection.

Video Description:
The video starts with an overview of the NanoString nCounter MAX Analyzer. Then camera pans close to Digital Analyzer to show display and show the magnetic clips for cartridges by opening the lid.
Then we see laptop with software installed, and after that we move to Prep Station liquid handler and open lid to show it from inside.
After that we run "home robot" command via touchscreen display and then we observe the operation of robot arm.
Next the camera inspect the instruments form behind, paying attention to serial tags. The video ends with a final front view of the NanoString nCounter MAX Analyzer system.
