Condition:
This Copley Scientific HCP5 Pump with TPK 2000 Controller is in excellent working condition.

Testing we performed:
The Copley HCP5 and TPK2000 system passed all tests and was found to be fully functional:
Tested operation of pump HCP5.
Tested operation of controller unit TPK 2000.
Tested operation of flow meter DFM 2000.

System consists of:
Copley HCP5 High Capacity Pump.
Copley TPK 2000 Critical Flow Controller.
Copley DFM 2000 Controller unit.
Copley Anderson Cascade Impactor (ACI) w/ case
HEPA Filter
Power cords for HCP5,TPK 2000, and DFM 2000

Configuration and Setup:
HCP5 Pump assembly draws flow through the TPK 2000 Flow Controller.
The TPK 2000 Flow Controller is programmed to limit or increase the flow of air through the following assembly.
DFM 2000 Controller unit connected to the HEPA filter and finally the Anderson Cascade Impactor.

HPC5 Pumps have been carefully designed to cover a range of free flow conditions between 133 and 833 L/min
HPC5 Pumps are fully encased with an internal acoustic lining and vibration damping to reduce noise levels to less than or equal to 60 dB
TPK 2000 Critical Flow Controller offers improved differential pressure meter for measuring pressure drop,
P1 (range: 0 to 15 kPa, resolution: 0.01 kPa)
The DFM 2000 operates the thermal mass principle, has a range of
0-200 L/min, a resolution of 0.01 L/ min between 0 and 90 L/min (0.1 L/ min between 90 and 200 L/min) and an accuracy of +/- 2% of flow rate.
It is fitted with temperature and pressure sensors, in order to calculate the ambient volumetric flow rate.
