Here is a Zeiss Axiovert 200M Microscope for Electrophysiology w/ Sutter Micromanipulator, AXOPATCH 200B w/CV203B Cell.

Setup for Brightfield with Phase Contrast, Fluorescence, Polarization and DIC Imaging Studies, as well as, Whole-Cell and single channel voltage recordings.

This microscope setup is currently configured for use in electrophysiology studies involving voltage patch clamp of whole-cell with single channel recordings.
The included antivibration table isolates the Zeiss Axiovert 200M Microscope from unwanted vibrations and allows for a much clearer observation of the sample cells.
The Zeiss Axiovert 200M Microscope is surrounded by the attached faraday cage to block any outside EMF interference while taking voltage readings.
The faraday cage is also wrapped with a light proof cover which allow for dark room observations for low reflected light conditions.

This Zeiss Axiovert 200M Microscope is in good working order with all aspects tested and working fully.
Microscope and optics have been professionally cleaned by our technicians under a class 10,000 clean room hood.

Testing we performed:
The Zeiss Axiovert 200M Microscope passed all tests and was found to be fully functional:
Tested Control of Motorized XYZ Micro-Dissection attachment
Tested Control of Mechanical XYZ Micro-Dissection injector attachment
Tested Mercury Lamp/source fully
Tested Halogen lamp and source fully
Tested all control buttons and switched to be fully functional
Tested the motorized port splitter to switch between both ports
Tested Connection from computer to camera
Tested Z-axis adjustment and focus (software limited)
Tested Live feed to computer
Tested Filters and Prisms
Tested all components of both light paths to be working fully
Tested all motorized components to be working including Objective Nosepiece, Filter Cube Turret, Z-Axis, light path selector, Fluorescence Shutter, XYZ Micro-Dissection cell holder system.

During testing and cleaning this Zeiss Axiovert 200M Microscope was found to have no issues.
A clear image was produced through the eyepieces as well as through the camera port.
All of the mechanical and Motorized components moved freely and the test sample was able to be focused without excessive effort.

This Zeiss Axiovert 200M Microscope is currently set up for Brightfield with Phase Contrast, Polarization, DIC and Fluorescence studies.
This system is set up with a Microdissection system. The AmScope CMOS 10MP digital colored camera is capable of taking detailed digital images.
The Zeiss Axiovert 200M Microscope system includes a Dell Latitude i5 Laptop to control the AmScope and MicroManager software.
This system includes control of all motorized components such as the objective turret, filter cube turret, Z-axis focus, halogen lamp/brightness, fluorescence shutter and Port switching.

Video Description:
The video starts off with a full view of the entire Zeiss Axiovert 200M Microscope system.
The camera then pans around the Zeiss Axiovert 200M Microscope bringing into focus all the included components.
The joystick is used to move the motorized micro-manipulator patch clamp shown on the live feed.
The fluorescence shutter is opened and all three filter cubes are rotated into the light path.
The shutter is closed and the halogen lamp is shown being turned back on. There is one final view of the entire Zeiss Axiovert 200M Microscope system.
