Testing we performed:
The Wyatt Technology HPLC system passed the following tests and was found to be functional:

DAWN testing:
Power and initialization: PASSED
Temperature range and stabilization: PASSED
Communication with computer and ViscoStar: PASSED

IMPORTANT NOTE: DAWN module for some reason showing insufficient memory windows error. Likely a windows(operating system) needs updating, but as we understand it will need the manufacturer's service to get it corrected.
Please note DAWN was tested and operated fine, the Optilab and Viscostar are working fine.  We recomend getting unit PMd and placed on the service agreement with Wyatt which will save around 60,000.

Optilab testing:
Tested power and initialization: PASSED
Tested difference in RIU from DI water to Sodium Iodide sample: PASSED
Tested system leak detection: PASSED
Tested temperature range from 4DegC to 65DegC: PASSED

ViscoStar testing:
Power and initialization: PASSED
Temperature range and stabilization: PASSED
Viscosity testing using calibrated 10w fluid: PASSED

The Astra software, combined with these components, enables the Conjugation Analysis algorithm to characterize binary complexes like glycoproteins,
PEGylated proteins, or block co-polymers, while differential viscometry offers an orthogonal method for assessing molar mass and conformation.

Wyatt Technology Optilab dRI Detector: (The Optilab may be positioned downstream of all types of standard GPC or HPLC systems)
